"I have 3 different clips of this guy being unable to race. The one linked as evidence for me is the worst. I knew he had some damage so I was very careful when overtaking to the point I drive off track to avoid him. For some reason he sees me do this and swipes me giving me wing damage"

"Got dive-bombed into by ashdarts which broke my front wing, darkshadow came round the outside and came into me, after bigboycorey squeezed me out making me lose a position, completely ruining my race as i had to pit."
"I go slightly deep in turn one but this does not make any difference as from his pov you can see that he turns in for his normal apex as if no one is there. It looks like I go deeper as he drags me wide and then as I get my wheel straight from the first lot of dragging he starts to drag again so I donβt have any time to open up the corner and give him space. He then continues to drag on me to try and take me out but fails due to low skill and takes himself out ! Him trying to deliberately take me out causes me to lose a lot of time."
"He hits me in turn one, compromises my exit. Then at turn 4 he just turns in, I was going to be well alongside but had to massively back out otherwise I would have spun but even then I still damaged my wing and lost a place due to being turned in on."
