No penalty but just a note on ghosting incidents that this is only not a penalty due to this being a case of the only way to avoid a collision is to slow down, potentially a high amount, which would likely cause a higher level incident, the other ghosting incident not being a penalty as it happens so fast there's no way to avoid it, while the two penalised ghosted incidents before could've been avoided, one of the penalised stating they drove towards the driver because they were ghosted, these ghosted incidents are not ideal for anyone involved and it'll be difficult to bring forward decisions that'll make everyone satisfied and keep consistency, general rule of thumb, give a little extra room to ghosted cars, especially on race starts, while also doing so safely, there had already been a notice about this from a previous race but it appears it needed to be brought up again, sometimes you'll be ghosted on another car's screen and will just need to accept an unfortunate racing situation, other times fellow drivers won't be respectful of space and will be penalised, hopefully this answers some questions had and gives us a good platform going forward
